    Founder

    Taylor's career began in public accounting, where she joined the esteemed consulting sector of RSM, previously known as McGladery LLP. Throughout her tenure, she engaged in impactful collaborations with prominent Chicago-based hospitals, providing expertise in financial strategy and tax reporting. Following her successful stint in the consulting realm, she took on the role of Manager of Firm Finance at a reputable litigation law firm, where she honed her financial acumen for five years. Armed with a wealth of experience spanning both private and public finance and accounting, Taylor has cultivated an ability to deliver excellence to a diverse range of clientele. Her dedication to providing tailored and top-tier financial solutions has earned her accolades and established long-lasting partnerships with clients from various industries.

    Arran embarked on his professional journey in the healthcare sector, where he began as the Director of Medical Records for a distinguished skilled nursing facility. Demonstrating a passion for the industry, he later transitioned to Rehabilitation services, operating as an independent contractor. Throughout his career, Arran has accumulated valuable expertise in the healthcare field, gaining insights from both small-scale operations and large-sized organizations. This comprehensive experience has honed his ability to provide excellent service, identify areas for improvement, and establish enduring partnerships with a diverse range of clientele.
